                                                   New version 2.4.4 keeps freezing on windows xp

I was running the previous version just fine, but now I have upgraded to the newer 2.4.4 version and can no longer now get the software to run, it just keeps freezing up on the logo start up screen. I am running windows xp

thanks for your help.
PS I have uninstalled it and then re installed it and to still no avail.
do you have a link to the old software?

Hi MIk,

Sorry about that. Here is how to get the previous version:

- Click on the Windows Start menu then select "Run..."
- Type the following line: (Please check the path to the QuantShare directory)

"C:\Program Files\CTrading\QuantShare\installer" previous


Regarding the current issue, please send the last trace files to support@quantshare.com

The trace files can be found in the "Trace" directory under the "QuantShare" directory.
