I exported German MDAX50 form Yahoo to a CSV. Only the Name (ARL.DE) and Long Name (Aareal Bank)
This file i have imported into QS with wrong settings....

Now I have in the Bulk Updater:

"ARL.DE;Aareal Bank" in the field name, nothing in the rest of the fields
"BNR.DE;Brenntag AG" in the field name, nothing in the rest of the fields
50 Symbols...

OK. Now i have made a CSV with all relevant data and want to "overwrite".

Symbol-Add-File-Filename....
"Some symbols will not be added. Reasons: Duplicate symbols...."

Hm.
Would be nice if I had the chance to "overwrite" the duplicate symbols.
How can I import my MDAX values without sitting 5 hours of writing..... ???
Or deleting manual (lasts long too)

thx
jp

In the Bulk Updater, you can check symbols and bulk delete them.
You can check all symbols or some symbols manually or using the Symbols Filter.

To import symbols, select "Symbol" then "Create a list of symbol from a file".
Set the appropriate separator (example: ";")
Click "Load file" and select your CSV file.
Click on "Create List".
Select "Symbols" then "Add/Remove from list of symbols".
Click "Select List"
Select your list then click on "Add".

Trading financial instruments, including foreign exchange on margin, carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in financial instruments or foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with trading and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.
